The short version
TurfLedger helps your team organize matches and record shared costs. Your team controls its inputs and access. We do not book turfs or move money, and financial corrections add to the history instead of rewriting it.
This overview is a guide. The full policy below provides the details.
01
About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TurfLedger, a web application for football team organization and shared expense records. In these terms, “TurfLedger,” “we” and “us” refer to the service operator, and “you” means the person using the service. TurfLedger is developed by Reverb Solution. Product, account and legal enquiries can be sent to mushfiqueyeasir@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to agree under the law that applies to you. If you use TurfLedger for a team or another person, you must have authority to do so; creating an account alone does not give you authority over someone else’s information or money.
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, roster, ledger, contact and website usage information is handled. It is a notice about data practices, not a claim that all processing is based on your consent.
02
What TurfLedger does
TurfLedger helps teams maintain player rosters, plan matches, split completed-match costs, record money already received, and review player balances and team reports. An account can belong to multiple teams with separate records.
TurfLedger is not a payment gateway, bank, wallet, money-transfer service or turf booking service. We do not collect, hold or transfer your team’s money, make bookings, verify bank or mobile-wallet transfers, or act as a party to agreements between players, organizers and turf providers.
Payment entries record money received outside TurfLedger. They are not integrations, endorsements or proof of a completed payment. A refund entry records an external refund; it does not send money. Arrange, confirm and resolve payments and bookings directly with the relevant people or providers.
03
Accounts and security
Provide an accurate name and an email address you control, complete the account confirmation steps, and keep access to that email secure. Authentication, including password handling, is provided through Supabase Auth. Your password is not stored as a player or financial ledger field.
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share passwords, confirmation links, password-reset links or session credentials.
- Use your own account rather than sharing an organizer account. Sign out on shared devices and take care with browser-saved drafts.
- Keep your account details current and tell us promptly if you believe your account or team access has been compromised.
- Do not impersonate another person, access another account without permission, or bypass account confirmation or access controls.
You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account and for taking reasonable steps to protect it. This does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law for the security of the service.
04
Teams and permissions
Team owners manage team access and member roles. Owners and admins can manage records; members have read-only access to team records. A player roster entry is not the same as a user account: players can be listed without an account or email, while people who need app access must have a confirmed account and be added as team members.
Only add teammates, assign roles, link accounts to players, or submit personal information when you have appropriate authority and any consent required by applicable law. Explain to teammates what you record, who in the team can see it and how they can raise a correction or privacy concern. Do not add someone to a team against their wishes.
Owners should grant the minimum access needed, review memberships, and remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Giving someone access can expose roster details, financial notes and other team records, not just their own balance. Do not assume team data is private from other authorized members.
05
Match costs and balances
The service uses Bangladeshi taka (BDT), calculated in integer poisha, and interprets match scheduling in the Asia/Dhaka time zone. Check amounts, dates, participants and the cost-split preview before completing a match. When a total cannot be divided evenly in poisha, individual shares can differ by the smallest currency unit while preserving the total.
Only completing a match creates final match-charge ledger entries. Planning or saving a scheduled match does not charge players, and cancelling a scheduled match does not create match fees. These are accounting records inside TurfLedger, not automatic requests to a bank or wallet. A turf provider’s actual cancellation or booking obligations remain separate.
Record money only after it has actually been received and choose the correct player, amount and method label. Money recorded beyond current dues becomes ledger credit: it is applied to outstanding match charges in oldest-match order, with unused credit carried forward. Credit is a team accounting balance, not money held by TurfLedger or a promise that TurfLedger will redeem it.
Verify team reports and balances against your own receipts and agreements. Resolve disputed shares, missing payments, external refunds and turf costs with your team or provider. We may help investigate software behavior, but we do not adjudicate whether a teammate owes or paid an amount.
06
Records and corrections
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information you enter, including player names and optional phone numbers, match participants, amounts, payment labels and notes. Avoid sensitive or unnecessary information in free-text fields. Do not enter passwords, card details, mobile-wallet PINs or other payment credentials.
Financial ledger entries are immutable in the normal application workflow. Their original amounts, notes, timestamps and creator references are preserved; you cannot edit or delete an original entry to rewrite financial history. Correct mistakes by appending an appropriate refund or adjustment entry with a clear reason. A correction changes the resulting balance without hiding the original record.
Archiving a player is not deletion: balances and history remain. Removing a member’s access also does not erase entries they created. Requests involving personal information in historical records require review as described in the Privacy Policy; ledger integrity does not override rights that apply under law.
If a submission fails or its result is uncertain, check transaction history before discarding a pending draft or making a new entry. The browser may retain a pending-payment retry record to help avoid duplicates, but this is not a guarantee against all input or network errors.
07
Acceptable use
Use TurfLedger lawfully and with respect for your teammates and the service. You must not:
- Create fraudulent money records, misleading identities, or records intended to harass, shame or unlawfully expose someone.
- Upload or send unlawful content, malware, threats, spam, or information you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to access another team’s data, exploit vulnerabilities, circumvent role permissions or disable protective controls.
- Overload the service, abuse the contact form, bypass rate limits, or automate collection of private records without authorization.
- Use the service to facilitate illegal transactions or misrepresent TurfLedger as a regulated financial or booking provider.
If you discover a security problem, report it privately to our support email and avoid accessing or disclosing anyone else’s data.
08
Content and service rights
You retain any rights you have in the information you submit. You give us permission to store, process, display to authorized team members and otherwise use that information as needed to operate, secure and support TurfLedger and meet lawful obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership of your team records.
The application’s software, design, branding and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the service for its intended purpose while complying with these terms, but may not misuse its branding or copy and distribute protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You may keep copies of information you are authorized to access. Do not publish, export or distribute other people’s personal information without appropriate authority. For a data-copy request not supported by the interface, contact us rather than assuming a self-service export is available.
09
Availability and pricing
We aim to keep TurfLedger useful and reliable, but there is no guaranteed uptime, uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, network problems and outages at authentication, database, email or hosting providers can affect access or delivery. Features may change, and we may discontinue part or all of the service subject to applicable obligations.
Keep appropriate independent copies of records important to your team and do not rely on TurfLedger as your only evidence of a payment or agreement. Contact-form delivery and support responses can be delayed or unavailable.
These terms do not establish a subscription plan, a trial period or a specific price. If paid features are offered, the applicable price, billing conditions and any additional terms must be presented before you agree to purchase them. Recording a match fee or payment in the ledger is not a service charge from TurfLedger.
10
Disclaimers and liability
TurfLedger provides organization and record-keeping tools, not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Reports are generated from the information entered and are not audited accounts or certifications of a payment. Seek qualified advice when needed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of information supplied by users. We do not guarantee the conduct of teammates or the performance of turf providers, banks or payment services used outside TurfLedger.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or unauthorized user inputs, external payments or bookings, or failures outside our reasonable control. Where the law permits, liability for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, is excluded. Any remaining liability is assessed under applicable law, including requirements about causation and reasonable steps to reduce loss; these terms do not impose an arbitrary monetary cap.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and other protections under applicable law remain in place.
11
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security threat, unauthorized access, a material breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protection of users or the service may require action before notice.
You may stop using TurfLedger at any time. A team owner may also remove your membership. To request account closure, a copy of your information or deletion, email mushfiqueyeasir@gmail.com. These requests are reviewed manually; stopping use, signing out or removing membership does not automatically delete team data.
Records may be shared with a continuing team, linked to immutable ledger history or subject to lawful retention needs. We will review the scope of your request, identity and authority, and explain relevant limitations. Account closure does not settle external debts, refunds or agreements between teammates.
12
Changes and applicable law
These terms are effective from 5 October 2026. We may update them as the product or applicable requirements change, and will show the revised effective or last-updated date on this page. For material changes, we will seek to give reasonable notice through the service or available account contact details where appropriate. Changes take effect as stated in the notice, subject to any notice or agreement requirements under applicable law.
If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account or data. Continued use after a notified effective date indicates acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Applicable mandatory law governs your rights and the enforceability of these terms. The use of BDT or the Asia/Dhaka time zone does not by itself choose a governing law or court. These terms do not require binding arbitration or waive rights to a court or regulator where those rights apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
